Description
Demco is seeking a skilled and highly organized professional to join our team as Floral Studio Manager, overseeing the daily operations of our two retail floral studios. This hands on leadership role includes managing and supporting our floral team, coordinating staff schedules and delivery logistics, overseeing flower ordering and inventory management, and ensuring efficient, high quality production across retail, corporate, and event work. Responsibilities also include preparing client proposals and quotes for weddings and events, managing workflow and production schedules, maintaining product quality standards, and supporting overall studio operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience managing teams, coordinating complex workflows, and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast paced environment. Previous managerial experience in the floral industry is required.
