A.R Builders & Property Maintenance has for over 30yrs been helping homeowners to manage all their propertys general issues, aswell as working tirelessly in making peoples home renovation ideas & dreams come true.

We have also over the years worked with many property investors & still do, with some being hands on & some being hands off, turning old unhabital propertys into updated new homes or Air Bnb's for the rental market or to be sold on. We have also converted a number of properties into HMO's for clients which are different to normal house refurbs which many people are unaware of due to the complexity of the many regulations & requirements involved which can be a minefield to navigate but thats where we try to make it easier with having the experience & knowledge of what is involved with this type of conversion.

We always try where possible to only undertake one job at a time so your job can be undertaken by us as efficiently as possible & without the worry of is anyone turning up today or not, as we don't think it is fair or acceptable to be leaving after only a few hours or only doing a few days due to another job going on at the same time and your job taking longer than it needs.
