Unreliable. Turned up, talked about how long it might take (ranging from 1 day to 3 days), promised a prompt quote for labour only in a few days. A week later told me he had decided to go on holiday & promised a quote in a week when he returned. Nothing ever arrived it’s now been 6 weeks.
