Communication with Rob was quick and helpful. He was polite and gave me all the information needed. The price was fair although we did have to pay more on the day as he said there was more than expected. I had itemised all the items to be moved but estimated 1-3 suitcases and there was just one but 17 boxes instead of 10. I did think that evened it out but didn’t argue as it was for my daughter and thus I wasn’t actually there. I paid the VAT price and did receive an invoice which was good and professional. Even with the slight annoyance of having to pay more than quoted I could still definitely recommend this company. Rob was reliable and efficient.
