I cannot recommend Pam enough. She was very understanding and accommodating. I was supported and reassured during the process which I really needed as a single dad dealing with a difficult and conflictive child’s mother sabotaging access to my daughter. Pam is a great choice to handle mediation.

Pam is an excellent mediator who goes above and beyond in order to help both sides reach a solution. Mediation works when both parties are invested in the process and want to reach a workable solution. Whilst mediation was not successful in my case I would not hesitate to recommend Pam to anyone looking for an alternative route to court - she is kind, understanding, fair and firm - look no further.

I dealt with Pam to make arrangements for the mediation. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and great communication. Pam tried to find a solution as quickly as possible, and the cost was lower compared to going through solicitors. I can't fault this organisation in any way. The service is straightforward, and I found it to be excellent. I would recommend Mediation Consultants to people looking for help relating to family law. Thank you again; it is much appreciated.

Originally, I was hesitant about the idea of mediation, but the process turned out to be quite nerve-racking at times. The Mediator played a crucial role in keeping both parents focused, and eventually, we reached an agreement after two sessions. When both parties have similar interests, mediation is a great way to resolve issues, and it's more cost-effective than hiring lawyers! I highly recommend Pam Hatfield, but it's important to approach the process with an open mind. It was truly an exceptional service from beginning to end.

Can't fault the service. Pam is always professional and reliable. She keeps the conversation child focussed and encourages constructive approaches to parenting, and what is right for the child. She does exactly what a mediator is there to do - mediate. Her wealth of knowledge and understanding is incredible. I would highly recommend.
