Description
Bought as a bare hull and engine last year as a project , great sea boat ! Don’t underestimate it
Built a full cabin and raised the front, front of the boat is made from galvanised sheet metal and wheelhouse is ply , all of it has been fibreglassed over, , it’s been out of the water and has been fully antifouled , new anodes etc
The hull is a Viking lifeboat hull from an icebreaker ship and is very thick fibreglass
Engine is a Ford 2722e 4 cylinder , just had a new head gasket , sump gasket and pretty much every other gasket , new valves , pistons etc . , new oil and filters . Prm gearbox 2-1 ratio , E series Ford fully marinised Iv used the boat for a few trips out fishing but I’m getting another project. Does 9.4 knots with tide
Has fuel gauge , rev counter , oil pressure , engine temp etc , hydraulic steering .
Wheelhouse inside still needs finished cosmetically but I was only interested in using it for fishing so wasn’t to bothered
Can be kept at the boat club but subject to committee accepting you to join
