We keep books current with monthly reconciliation, rather than reconstructing a year each January. Year end accounts, corporation tax and Companies House filings are prepared together and filed on time, with a clear note of what is owed and when, early enough to act on. Clients often come to us behind on their records. Rebuilding a year from bank statements is routine work, and we quote for it before we start.

Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer, agreed before we start, with no hourly billing. The fee is scaled to the size of the business, so a sole trader is not carrying the cost of a structure built for a company with staff, and it does not move because a quarter got busy. One-off jobs are quoted on their own, with no ongoing commitment.
