About Us:
We have a selection of damaged vehicles in stock.
We will accept cash and bank transfers.
RS is situated in TODMORDEN, on the LANCASHIRE/WEST YORKSHIRE BORDER,and we are approximately 10 miles from Junc 21 on the M62.

All descriptions used on the website are honest ,they cannot be relied upon as absolute.
If we can be of assistance with descriptions, please feel free to ring us, but if we miss anything,we cannot be held responsible.
The best way to be sure is to come and view the vehicle for yourself and if you aren't sure, bring someone along who is mechanically minded.

In the descriptions of the bikes/cars,we try to put the INSURANCE category, C/D/N/SCLEAR
CLEAR is not recorded,
D/N is the lightest category of insurance write off,
C/S is moderate damage, repairable salvage.

We don't sell CAT B break only vehicles.
Sometimes the vehicle we sell may state the category and may not be recorded, but we always sell them as being recorded!

Warranty:
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE WITH ANY DAMAGED OR UNDAMAGED VEHICLE.
DEPOSITS WILL SECURE GOODS FOR 7 DAYS,
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

Terms and Conditions:
Q. Do you have any proof of the Categories you advertise the vehicles as?
A. We use the industry recognised standard HPI check to confirm ABI categories, vehicle identity and to ensure there is no outstanding finance on EVERY vehicle we sell. (a copy of which will be supplied with your purchase receipt)

Q. If the vehicle doesn't have a v5 logbook how do I apply for one?
A. You can apply for a V5 using a form 'V62', we keep them in stock or available from the post office. It is free for CAT C motorcycles, however, there is a £25.00 charge for CAT D, CAT X or UNRECORDED vehicles.

Q. What is a V5/ V5C?
A. A V5 is a vehicle registration document, also known as a LOG BOOK. V5C is the new European style registration document.

Q. Do i have legal title without a V5?
A. YES, the invoice at point of sale is proof of title, NOT the V5.

Q. Can I put the vehicle back on the road?
A. Yes, All Cat C/ D/ X vehicles can go back on the road. Carry out any necessary repair work needed to make the vehicle road worthy. If the vehicle is more than 3 years old, it will require an MOT. Then simply TAX & INSURE the vehicle and away you go.
