Leigh had provided me quotes for 4 jobs over 2 properties and these jobs would have taken approx 12 days. These jobs are rear and front fence installation, front garden landscaped and sleeper steps installed. Leigh had slowly started the work however this progress was heavily distracted by high levels of talking between Leigh and his co worker. During the work we experienced bad weather which delayed the work by a couple of days, which I have factored in, which would have extended the work by a week at the most. Leigh had mentioned to me that he had a another job starting on 1 March and assured me that all my work would be completed the before this date. However Leigh as not returned to our job since 26th February without any notification despite numerous attempts from myself to find out if he was ok and what had happened via text and phone calls but NO response. Now being 6 weeks have now passed and NO jobs are fully completed. This left myself and especially my neighbour aged over 65 distressed and having to find another landscaper to complete the work incurring additional costs - this I find very unacceptable. I feel that Leigh has a lack of time and project management skills for larger pieces of work, having said this most of the work that Leigh started was to a reasonable standard.

Has the knowledge for what we required (and not just the tools). Pleasant to deal with and got on with the work discussed without requiring any supervision. Made everything easy for us, bringing everything he required for job with him, and taking away the waste afterwards. Kept to both time and cost quotes. Plan to use again.

Leigh's response was very prompt and he attended quickly for a quote. He gave good suggestions about what we wanted done and used materials we had already where appropriate. He worked hard and got the job done in good time and communicated well with us. We are very happy with the quality of his work. Highly recommend using Leigh for any garden related work. The price was exactly what we expected for what was required & the end result even better.
