Fantastic nice and polite They arrived on time to install a dog flap in brick cavity wall The flap I had ordered wasn’t quite right but they stayed and made a plastic tunnel to make it fit which I was very impressed with Would definitely use and recommend them again

Exemplary service, exemplary workmanship Earlier this year, having suffered a third cold winter in a poorly insulated, damp downstairs bathroom, I decided I needed a new facility: upstairs, ensuite if possible, built to a high standard and (crucially) warm. I went online and posted my details, and the job, with various sites. Three companies responded, but Kevin Underwood of KJU Maintenance asked all the right questions, and showed me a bathroom his company had already completed in a nearby property; not to my taste but I couldn’t fault the workmanship. I chose KJU. A three-strong team turned up at my house at the appointed hour on the appointed day, and cracked on with it. The workmanship and the work ethic were both first-class; stress was kept to a minimum (though I inevitably ended up with a house full of dust); the job was finished on time and to budget (turned around in about 10 working days); the rubbish was cleared away; and the end-result is fantastic. I will have no hesitation in using KJU Maintenance again. (Though I’ll make sure I have a bit more instant coffee in stock for the next job; the lads do like a coffee or three…)
