Managed to fit us in a few weeks early which was great. Did excellent job transforming our garden with a large artificial lawn. Really happy with all the work done. Would definitely recommend.

All appeared well at the start. Justin Bond - the marketing guy came out, quoted and we agreed on a date to start. Once the works started it became apparent that this company were not up to it and trying to cut corners at all costs. I had to even go out at one point and correct them about measurements. If I hadn’t I would of had a football pitch with one side between the goals longer than the other. I mean come on this is surely basic measurements that I shouldn’t have to correct. The job was finally finished as it got dark on day 4 and by this point I just wanted to get rid of them so I paid them and was told that I would receive an invoice by email the next day. The next day no invoice came and it soon become apparent that the job was terrible. Drainage issues with puddles formed; this was particularly frustrating as I specificallly said that we need to do something about the drainage before the works started. I was told that there would be no problems. The join was also very noticeable and all in all not a good job. I maintained calmness and contacted both Justin and Aide to try to get this sorted. All I got initially was being ignored from both of them for a few weeks. I then got a response after a month or so saying they would come down and sort it out. For this reason I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for a call of them to arrange a date. No call came and after numerous texts and calls I have now given up. The point of this review is do not use this company. They turn up in a suit to quote you, look professional and use a cowboy builder (Printwork Drives) to carry out the work. The only positive I can say is that the labourers were good lads and probably could of done the job better without Aide - who was suppose to be the brains of the operation. If you want to waste 5k then go ahead, otherwise use a proper company. It’s now going to cost me more money to get in a professional company and make it right
