Exercise Bike Trainer

I used this trainer after a total knee replacement (TKR).
I highly recommended it as it strengthens quads (and other parts) and ensures you do the crucial knee bending exercises before perhaps venturing out on a conventional bike.
The beauty is you can pedal, slowly at frst, backwards, which is easier until full circle of motion is established and then gently start and build up in forward motion.

Main benefit of equipment: you can use your own bike; attach it, set the pressure and pedal away.

Obviously can be used irrespective of any medical condition and for the price it was worth every penny for the benefit I gained.

Fully recovered it now is back in its original packaging and looks as good as the day I purchased the item as I only used it for the first few weeks of rehabilitation.

A bargain, when considering what condition the item is in and what condition “you” will be in after just a few days use.
