Description
Good Friday doesn’t seem good at all. What happened to Jesus was unjust and brutal!
At face value, nothing about crucifixion was good, but the name goes back to an older meaning of the word good. The real reason Christians call it good goes far deeper than language.
Good Friday is the day everything went wrong on purpose so that nothing would stay wrong forever. Jesus’ sacrifice was the ultimate act of God‘s love, even while humanity was far from him, Jesus chose to give his life to reconcile us to God.
Good Friday is also the day Jesus broke the power of evil, opened the door to forgiveness, and made a new life possible for anyone who wants and believes in Him.
It’s good because it changed everything. Through the cross, God made sure that no one‘s story has to end in darkness. This includes your family too.
How many families share the same roof yet live worlds apart, separated by silence, resentment, or unspoken pain? We believe that at the foot of the cross, what seems impossible can be transformed. It only takes one person willing to believe and step out using faith to spark a change. You can be that person for your family.
This Good Friday, 3rd April, there will be the FREE distribution of blessed oil. You will receive a bottle to anoint their family, workplace or any other area of their life in need of divine intervention, as a symbolic point of contact between you and God.
Invite your family, bring your friends, extend the invitation to anyone longing for real lasting change.
