DJ CASH MONEY and MC MARVELOUS - Live and Direct from around midnight

In 1987, DJ Cash Money and MC Marvelous signed with Mantronix and Sleeping Bag Records, released their first album, "Where's The Party At?", which included the top-selling single "Find An Ugly Woman." It also included the underground hits "Ugly People Be Quiet" and "The Mighty Hard Rocker". The album stayed on the top 10 Billboard charts and earned them a gold-selling album award. The duo became so popular that they were contracted to do a Miller Lite Beer commercial.

That same year, DJ Cash Money went on to make music history as the only DJ to win all three major DJ championships. Astonishingly, he won all three in one year's time: The New Music Seminar DJ Battle (NYC) and the DMC American DJ Championship (San Diego, CA). In 1988, he was crowned the World's Greatest DJ by winning and representing the United States at the DMC Technics DJ World Finals held at the Royal Albert Hall (London, England).

When Sleeping Bag Records folded, DJ Cash Money started producing and djing for the multi-platinum group PM Dawn... They toured with Paul McCartney, Lenny Kravitz, Peter Gabriel, and many other notable artists.

In 2004, DJ Cash Money gained a sponsorship with the sports apparel company Puma. Puma designed a DJ Cash Money sneaker that was exclusive to all the Foot Locker stores. The sneaker was released in two colorways and sold out immediately...DJ Cash Money performed at major events as a headliner act for Puma, like the 2004 Olympics (Greece) and the 2006 World Cup (Germany).

DJ Cash Money was the first inductee into the Technics Hall of Fame. His techniques and innovations on turntables are recognized worldwide. Even in today's digital world, you can see how the equipment has utilized his innovations, earning him the title of "One of the most Influential DJs ever."

The South London Soul Train, taking all passengers on a Non-Stop Magical Mystery Tour through all things Too Damn Funky. P-Funk to Jazz Funk, Soul Jazz to Rare Groove N’ Stax, Brass, Breaks, Bop and Hop to Motown, Club Classics and Anthems.
