Description

Christmas in the Sky is a brand new drive-in Christmas spectacular at Abingdon Airfield, Oxfordshire.
An original Christmas story told across the night sky with 400 drones, a full theatrical light show, special effects, low-noise fireworks, music and narration.
Hope loves Christmas. But nobody can answer her one big question: where does Christmas magic actually come from? Then, one cold December night, a mysterious Christmas Star appears outside her window.
Follow her journey to the North Pole, drawn in light above your head. We will not spoil the ending. You will have to look up.
Your evening
- Gates open 4pm. Christmas fairground, street food, licensed bars and hot drinks, with our host Nathan the Elf.
- 6:30pm: fairground, food and bars close, everyone returns to their vehicle, and the show begins.
- The main production runs approximately 25 minutes.
- It's drive-in
- Every booking gets its own marked drive-in box. Park on the right and the space on the left is yours. Watch from inside the car or sit alongside it. You can only attend in a vehicle. Pedestrian admission is not available. For traffic management and safety, vehicles cannot leave the arena until the main show has finished.
Tickets
- Tickets go on sale at 11:00am on Tuesday 29 September.
- Register now for priority access, and join the WhatsApp community to get tickets 30 minutes before anybody else.
- Strictly limited drive-in capacity. Expected to sell out.
Weather backup date: Sunday 13 December 2026. If weather prevents the show on Friday or Saturday, the affected performance moves to the backup date and tickets remain valid.
