NP HELP FOR NEPAL - Autumn Immersion Yoga Weekend

Practise with purpose. Move, breathe, connect and support a meaningful cause.
Join Soham Yoga and The Inner Peace Foundation for a special two-day Autumn Immersion at Harrow Arts Centre, bringing our community together in support of Nepal flood relief.

You can attend Saturday, Sunday, or both days.
Saturday, 26 September 2026 | 2:00–5:00 pm
Backbending • Hip Opening • Pranayama
Explore safe and progressive backbending, improve hip mobility and create greater freedom through the body, followed by calming and energising pranayama.

Sunday, 27 September 2026 | 2:00–5:00 pm
Inversion • Yin Yoga
Build confidence with supported inversion practices and then slow everything down with deeply grounding Yin Yoga - balancing strength, courage and stillness.

Yoga with a purpose
This special weekend is being held to support communities affected by the devastating floods in Nepal. Your participation helps us come together as a community, and there is also an opportunity to make an additional donation towards the relief effort.
No advanced postures are required. Variations and preparatory practices will be offered so you can work at an appropriate level.

Please bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing
- Yoga blocks and strap if you have them

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can begin together at 2:00 pm.
Spaces are limited to 12 participants per session, so booking is strongly recommended.
Your £15 secures your place for this three-hour Autumn Immersion workshop at Harrow Arts Centre. This special event is being held in support of Nepal flood relief. If you would like to contribute more, please select the separate Nepal Flood Relief donation option.
