We are a London based company and have worked on locations all over the UK from construction sites, warehouses, Education facilities to ‘residential vehicle site patrols’ from 12, 15 to 18 hr shifts. With years of background experience starting within the private security sector. Moving forward to the 'Metropolitan Police service to ‘Parliamentary Security Division' (PSD) ‘House of Commons’. I noticed the weaknesses in security services that needed upgrading.
I addressed weaknesses and put them into practice with 'Protech Security Guarding Ltd.' We pride ourselves in providing ‘excellent rates with a cost-effective and quality security service’ to follow.
We understand the need for a specialised security team tailored only to your requirements.
We provide a continuous monitoring of all guards, patrols, and systems on your site.
Our Guards are fully trained, experienced, 'SIA' licensed / trained in First Aid. Sll Guards have completed the ‘Terrorism awareness course/training’.
A member of our team will make contact to discuss your security requirements and to find what addition's can be offered to safe guard your premises and your staff. Please note : Our rates are most reasonable & second to none.
All guards are in full uniform, Hi-Viz, and come with their own 'Communication devices and Body Cams'. (This is a requirement should any there be any need for evidence to be documented (for any official use) especially in areas of no CCTV. Corporate dress or full uniforms available as requested. We have a complete monitoring system where we know where our Guards are at all times. We are in partnership with the 'Officer Reports' program which enables us to track guards on each patrol in real time. Our guards are all well spoken, approachable and take pride in their appearance. We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the service provided by the ProTech Security Guarding Company on our construction project. As all projects are different, this project a Manor House required some ingenuity, and I can say I was impressed from the start to the finish with their professionalism and attention to detail. The Protech team, exhibited a high level of expertise and knowledge in there field. They ensured that our site was always protected, maintaining the utmost vigilance, and implementing effective security measures. We appreciated how patient and understanding the team was when dealing with any concerns that arose. The guards were always punctual, polite, and attentive to the needs of the resident as well as the contract staff on site, and it was very apparent that they genially cared about the safety and satisfaction of their clients. We found that the management team was easily accusable 24/7 and responded to any queries or requests we had. They were proactive in addressing any potential security risks and worked closely with us to develop a customized security plan tailored to our specific needs. The most professional outstanding service. I can not recommend this company enough especially Dean . The service was excellent professional & Protech go above & beyond & also the security car is an additional security. Just in the last year alone we have used them on extremely different occasions like my daughters teen party , my husband Christmas party for his staff from the for the German bank that shows the diversity!!
