Frustrated beyond belief. They took over the block management of the block I own a property in and did not send through the invoice for service charges I requested multiple times for months. I asked for a similar pay monthly scheme as I had had with the previous block management company and they said that was fine but the very next time I heard from them was with a solicitors debt collection letter with £400 worth of fees for late payment of an invoice I have still to date not received! It has left me feeling incensed! I intend to get involved in the AGM solely to ensure they are held accountable for EVERYTHING they are responsible and I fully intend to encourage another change in block management company. I cannot understand why we have a brand new companion place with so little experience and poor communication skills.
