Description
KPM Short Stay Management is a London-based property management company with strong ties to the Italian market. We built our roots managing properties for the Italian market and have shifted our focus over the past year towards UK landlords, bringing that same international perspective and attention to detail to every property we manage.
We manage properties on a commission basis, taking care of everything: dynamic pricing, seasonality planning, listings, photography, vendor relations and day to day operations. For some properties we offer an in-presence service, for others a fully online managed package, depending on what suits the property and the landlord.
We also work with landlords on a guaranteed rent basis. You receive the equivalent of a normal rental income, while we take on the property and apply our serviced accommodation or HMO strategy to maximise its potential.
