Formed by Dave Thomas who has nine years’ experience running apartment blocks. We manage a portfolio of blocks in excess of
£40 million across the East Midlands ranging from brand new developments to grade II listed. Each building is unique so we tailor the service we offer to properly cater for the building and leaseholder needs rather than a one size fits all service. We are unique in offering total transparency with service charge accounts and expenditure. Franklin are committed to offering the most responsive customer service in the industry.
