Description
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and commercially minded Creative Manager to lead creative development, oversee projects, and drive the growth of our agency. This role combines creative direction, talent management, project coordination, business development, and strategic partnership building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, directing cinematic productions, coordinating creative teams, nurturing talent, and establishing strong relationships across the entertainment, dance, modelling, and digital content industries. As a key representative of the agency, the Creative Manager will play an essential role in shaping the agency’s creative identity, expanding its professional network, securing commercial opportunities, and contributing to its long-term growth and profitability.
