Susannah, has been absolutely amazing in helping me work towards my degree. Over the last two years she has supported me in enhancing my assignments to a higher level, which has enabled me to obtain a distinction in my level 5 qualification. Susannah is an extremely knowledgeable lady and has proofread many assignments for me, she has also helped me with clarity and flow. Susannah started working with my daughter at the start of year 11 after her grades in English dropped significantly from her predicted grades of 6s to grade 3 at the end of Year 10. She was lacking confidence in both English subjects and she didn’t know how to get back on track. We spoke to a number of tutors and we both agreed that Susannah had the right qualities and experience to tutor her. She ensured my daughter had work to complete in between sessions, which she marked and gave feedback on regularly, and each week I saw my daughter’s confidence grow. The results speak for themselves. On results day she was ecstatic to find that she had received a 6 in English Language with Distinction in the speaking element and a 6 in English Literature. After receiving low mock results in English language 7 months prior to the real GCSE exam it was my son that suggested we should look into getting him a tutor. Having looked online there were so many to choose from. I found the initial search overwhelming, who would be the best suitor for my son? I came across Susannah’s profile and sent an enquiry, then sat wondering if I was doing the right thing. From the initial call with Susannah I felt at ease.
