As a Welding and Fabrication Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing apprentices who are working through their Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. You'll have the autonomy to guide these motivated individuals, ensuring they receive the highest quality instruction to succeed in their careers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Welder and Fabricator and is eager to make the transition into a trainer role.

The Role:

Full training provided to help you transition into a teaching role

Training apprentices on their Level 2 and 3 Welding and Fabrication qualifications

Engaging with students in a classroom and practical workshop setting

The Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience working as a Welder and Fabricator, with a solid understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes.

NVQ Level 3 in Welding or equivalent.

Strong desire to mentor and develop the next generation of industry professionals.

Ability to teach complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.

Enthusiasm for transitioning into a teaching role and developing new skills.

Based within commuting distance of Barrow in Furness.
