The Role

Due to continued growth and increased production demand, our client is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join their skilled manufacturing team. This role offers long-term, stable employment within a supportive environment where quality workmanship is valued. The successful candidate can expect hands-on fabrication work, ongoing skills development, and the opportunity to work on repeatable, high-quality manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal components to detailed specifications Carry out MIG welding and location-specific welding techniques Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings Use hand tools and sheet metal equipment accurately and safely Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards Work both independently and as part of a skilled manufacturing team About You

Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication (essential) Confident reading and working from engineering drawings Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality Good mechanical knowledge and basic maths skills Reliable, positive attitude with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and collaboratively What s on Offer
