We are looking for a Fabricator / Welder to join a well-established, well known, high quality automotive company. This company are leading in their sector and continue to show significant growth, and are therefore investing in expanding their team.

Duties of the Fabricator / Welder role -

Prepare components (cutting, shaping, forming) and assemble sub-assemblies in accordance with standard operating procedures.Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication specifications and welding instructionsCarry out welding operations (MIG/TIG/stick as required) on steel and/or aluminium structures to meet quality standards.Use hand tools, power tools, welding machines and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively.

What we are looking for in our Fabricator / Welder-

Experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing environment.Skilled in one or more welding methods (e.g. MIG, TIG, stick)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsConfident with fabrication tools, measuring instruments and basic hand tools.
