Description
A specialist consultancy based in central Gloucestershire is looking to expand its team with the addition of a Graduate Engineer. Working in a niche sector supporting environmental compliance, the role offers full training and a long–term career path within a growing industry.
This is a hands–on, field–based role that involves travel throughout England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Consultant Engineer:
Visiting client sites to carry out testing, inspections and surveys Working outdoors in all conditions and occasionally in confined spaces Gathering accurate data and compiling technical reports Liaising with clients and representing the business in a professional manner Providing support and training to clients as required Key Skills of a Trainee Consultant Engineer:
Strong mathematical ability (A Level or equivalent) Graduate in a relevant discipline (Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred) Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail Comfortable working away from home regularly Full UK driving licence Strong IT skills, especially Excel Desirable (not essential):
CAD knowledge Programming interest or experience Basic electrical knowledge
