Salary - Negotiable

This firm is known for its collaborative culture, exceptional project quality, and genuine commitment to career development. If you're seeking an environment where your voice is heard, your work has impact, and your progression is supported, this could be the perfect move.

The Role

As a Town Planner, you'll work across an exciting mix of residential, commercial, and regeneration projects-ranging from small schemes to large, high-profile developments. You'll be involved in:

Preparing and managing planning applications

Conducting research and providing sound policy advice

Supporting senior colleagues with appeals and strategic planning work

Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities

Contributing to high-quality planning statements and reports

You'll join a friendly and knowledgeable team that values initiative, clear communication, and creative thinking.

About You

To be considered, you should have:

A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline

Ideally MRTPI status (or currently working towards it)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, organised approach and genuine passion for planning

Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential

What's on Offer

A competitive salary tailored to your experience

Clear progression pathway and ongoing professional development

Supportive leadership and a welcoming team culture

Flexible working options

Opportunity to work on some of the region's most interesting projects

If you're looking to join a forward-thinking consultancy where you can make a real impact, I'd love to hear from you.
