Telesales Executive (Inbound Calls Only)

Welwyn Garden City

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

£12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and consistent Telesales Executive to join a well-established, premium food supplier based in Welwyn Garden City.

This is an inbound-only role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, processing orders accurately, and working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound sales calls from existing customers

Processing and inputting sales orders accurately onto the system

Providing excellent customer service at all times

Managing customer queries and ensuring timely resolutions

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

Previous telesales, sales support or order processing experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting orders

A reliable and consistent work ethic

Confident communication skills

Comfortable working to targets and maintaining performance standards

Good IT skills and experience using CRM/order systems

What’s on Offer:
