An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio near Farringdon.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Site Supervisor to work in a Commercial environment near Farringdon The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer or Supervisor currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to 57,000 with overtime and training + development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting with PPM's and Reactive works (Electrical & Mechanical) Reporting into the Contracts ManagerOverseeing a small team of Engineers Provide technical support Updating site log booksEnsuring all compliance is up to dateProvide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Toolbox Talks

Required Skills:

Level 3 Electrical & 18th Edition / Level 3 Mechanical / Level 3 PlumbingPrevious experience within a similar position Health & Safety Knowledge Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
