Our client, a top-tier construction company, is seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join their team on the Devonport Docks project. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced professional in heavy civils.
Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage and coordinate site activities, liaising with stakeholders and subcontractors. Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets. Implement best practices in project execution and delivery. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Maintain effective communication with all project parties. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Degree qualified sub-agent in large-scale civil engineering projects.
