You ll be joining a skilled group of engineers and technicians working across a diverse portfolio from high-profile national logistics hubs to bespoke projects with local architects and developers. The role offers hands-on involvement in all stages of project delivery, including concept design, detailed analysis, site coordination, and client liaison. You ll be encouraged to take on responsibility, develop your technical strengths, and work toward chartership with IStructE or ICE, supported by a knowledgeable and approachable senior team.

What You Need To Succeed

5 8 years of structural design experience in the UK. Proficiency in design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, and AutoCAD/Revit. Experience designing in concrete, steel, timber, and masonry. Ability to manage project elements independently and liaise directly with clients and architects. Strong technical communication and report-writing skills. A collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a growing practice. Working towards Chartership with either IStructE or ICE. MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
