Description
About Rehlko
Rehlko is a global leader in power and energy resilience. Formerly known as Kohler Energy, Rehlko has spent decades powering homes, businesses, industries, and critical infrastructure around the world.
Following the acquisition of WB Power Services, we are entering an exciting new chapter. As part of Rehlko, we have evolved into an OEM, enabling us to design, manufacture, install, and support complete power solutions. This strengthens our technical capability, expands our product offering, and creates exciting opportunities for our people.
Combining the values of a family-run business with the resources and scale of a global organisation, Rehlko offers the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and rewarding power projects across the UK and Europe.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of generator installation and critical power projects across the UK and Europe.
Working within hyperscale data centres and other critical infrastructure environments, you will take ownership of site operations, managing both Rehlko and subcontractor teams while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and project delivery.
This role will involve regular travel and frequent stays away from home, supporting projects at customer sites throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead and coordinate Rehlko personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple project sites. Manage all site Health & Safety requirements, including RAMS, Permit to Work systems, isolations, inspections, and compliance with legislation and company procedures. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to Project Managers and stakeholders. Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams while maintaining a professional on-site presence. Carry out quality inspections and completion checks to ensure works meet both client and Rehlko standards. What You'll Need
Proven Site Management experience within construction, M&E, power generation, data centres, or critical infrastructure projects. SMSTS qualification and a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice. Experience managing subcontractors and delivering complex installation projects. Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation. Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and IT skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe, including regular overnight stays. What We Offer
Competitive salary, company vehicle, private healthcare, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service cover, and Employee Assistance Programme. All travel, accommodation, and expenses covered when working away, plus a staying-away allowance for overnight assignments. The opportunity to work on major hyperscale and critical infrastructure projects across Europe with clear opportunities for career progression within Rehlko.
