Ceto Talent is supporting a leading infrastructure consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering major projects across rail, highways, utilities, energy, defence and aviation.

Experience Required

Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management within infrastructure, construction or the built environment. Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, change control, risk management and commercial reporting. Working knowledge of NEC contracts. Experience supporting procurement and commercial governance activities. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor and support junior team members. Membership of, or working towards membership of, RICS, CICES or a similar professional body would be advantageous. Responsibilities

Lead and support the commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Manage cost, change, risk and contractual performance across a varied project portfolio. Build strong client relationships through proactive commercial support and advice. Support procurement, forecasting, reporting and contract administration activities. Contribute to commercial governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and develop colleagues within the commercial team. Work with senior leaders to strengthen client relationships and identify future opportunities. Benefits
