An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Facade Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Colchester. The role involves leading fa ade engineering projects across all RIBA stages, working on a range of building sectors while collaborating with architects and multidisciplinary design teams. Role & Responsibilities

Deliver fa ade engineering across all RIBA work stagesDevelop compliant fa ade solutions with design teamsComplete performance analysis and technical reviewsAttend client meetings and design workshopsSupport procurement and construction stage servicesAssist with proposals and business developmentUse modelling software to assess fa ade performanceMaintain knowledge of UK regulations and standards

Skills & Experience Required

Proven fa ade engineering project deliveryStrong knowledge of UK fa ade regulationsExperience working with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsProfessional membership or chartership progressionKnowledge of EWS1 and cladding compliance beneficialCommercial awareness supporting bids is desirable
