Are you a Seismic expert who thrives on solving complex challenges, streamlining processes, and making a tangible impact?
This is your chance to join one of the UK's most respected wealth managers, trusted for generations to manage and preserve clients' wealth.
Working at the heart of the City in stunning offices (2 days per week, hybrid or remote option offered), you'll help transform the way front-office teams create and deliver client materials. You'll be hands-on designing and implementing Seismic LiveDoc solutions, integrating Seismic with external systems, and ensuring wealth management teams deliver industry-leading client experiences.
What you'll be doing
Designing and building advanced Seismic LiveDoc solutions to improve client-facing documents and automate manual processes.Gathering complex requirements from senior stakeholders and turning them into scalable, practical solutions.Testing, optimising, and documenting Seismic tools to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ease of use.Delivering integrations between Seismic and platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, and internal data sources.Supporting the wider Seismic team with platform enhancements, governance, and compliance processes.Training end-users and showcasing Seismic as a strategic partner to the Front Office.Using analytics to evidence business impact - from time savings to improved accuracy and compliance.What we're looking for
5+ years' Seismic experience, including platform admin and LiveDoc creation.Hands-on knowledge of LiveSend, Digital Sales Rooms, Workflows, Reference Content, and Seismic add-ins for PowerPoint/Word.Strong Excel skills with Lists/Databases; comfortable with SQL and variable formulae.Experience integrating Seismic with external data sources via APIs/dataloaders.Track record of delivering major Seismic projects in a financial services or asset/wealth management environment.Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to bridge IT, Marketing, and Front Office teams.What's in it for you?
