Overview

We are recruiting a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a well-established HGV business based in the Heathrow area. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships and supporting customers in a fast-paced commercial environment.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting sales activity and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiriesProvide accurate information on HGV products, services, and support optionsPrepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunitiesMaintain customer records and update CRM systemsLiaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processingBuild and maintain long-term customer relationshipsRequirements

Previous experience in a sales, service advisor, or customer-facing roleExperience within automotive, HGV, or commercial vehicle environments preferredStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident using IT systems and CRM softwareProfessional telephone manner and attention to detailWhat's On Offer
