Location: Cambridge (CB25) Type: Permanent Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday, 39 hours (5-days in the office) Salary: 30,000 per annum Job Reference: 35841 Are you an organised and customer-focused individual looking to take the next step in your admin career? We're looking for a Repairs Administrator to join an established team and help support the repair and disposal services. In this role, you'll help make sure everything runs smoothly-from dealing with customer queries to organising repairs and helping manage the repairs process from start to finish. The role will involve some overseas and UK travel so you will need to have a full, clean driving licence, own car and valid passport. Travel expenses will be paid. UK Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3 clearance will be required for the role. Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and keep them updated on repair progress Organise and track items being sent for repair or disposal Help manage the schedule for collections and deliveries Keep records up to date and prepare reports Work with internal and external teams to keep things running smoothly Support management with improving processes and audits Maintain high levels of customer service Requirements Higher level education (e.g., GNVQ, BTEC, or A-Levels) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working in a customer service environment, ideally within a larger technical setting Use of MS Excel and Word for reporting and scheduling Experience using CRM and/or repair tracking systems to manage customer returns and workflows Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritise workload Keenness to grow professionally and learn technical aspects of the role Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
