This company is a specialist provider of operations and maintenance services across large-scale renewable energy sites. With a strong and growing portfolio across the UK and Europe, they are continuing to expand their team and are looking for motivated individuals who can help drive operational performance and support the development of field engineers.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and performance of engineers across a regional area. You will review work orders, assist with resource planning, provide technical support, and act as a key link between project management teams and engineers working on site. The role also involves helping improve reporting standards, procedures, and overall team performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background within electrical or renewable energy environments alongside experience supporting or managing teams. You will be organised, proactive, and motivated to improve processes and help develop others within the team.

The Role:

Planning resources and coordinating engineers across regional sitesReviewing work orders and monitoring team performanceProviding technical support and assisting with quotationsActing as the link between project managers and on-site teamsIdentifying contractors and supporting operational improvements

The Person:

Background in solar, electrical, or similar technical fieldPrevious leadership, supervisory, or senior engineer experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsExperience with maintenance systems and MS Office desirableFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel
