An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a well–established contractor covering Bristol, Gloucester and South Wales. This role offers a strong basic salary, long–term stability, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role

Service, maintenance, and fault finding on supermarket refrigeration pack systems

Working across Bristol, Gloucester and South Wales

Delivering high standards of service and compliance across client sites

Participating in an on–call rota (1 in 4)

Qualifications & Experience

Time–served apprenticeship

NVQ / City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Refrigerant Handling – C&G 2079 or CITB equivalent

Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems

Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)

Package

40,000 – 45,000 basic salary

40–hour working week

33 days holiday

On–call rota – 1 in 4

Company van & fuel card (private use permitted)

Smartphone, laptop & uniform provided

Ongoing training and development
