Quantity Surveyor – Construction Consultancy

Quantity Surveyor – a multi–disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.

The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors – with project values ranging as high as 1bn.

The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between 20m – 100m.

Salary & Package:

– Basic salary of 55,000 – 65,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:

– End–to–end commercial delivery of major advanced manufacturing facilities

– Work closely the building contractor and various project stakeholders

– Provide excellent level of service to the client

– Work closely with the company directors

Requirements:

– Experience delivering construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor

– Experience working with consultancy or building contractor

– Great communication and organisation skills

– Construction related qualifications

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
