Building relationships with individual high net worth client base alongside specialist architects often resulting in repeat business and ensuring an extremely healthy forward order book or work.

To capitalise on this success, it is now prudent for them to target growth and the core factor in facilitating such growth is the enhancement of their commercial and cost management capabilities. To this end, the growth is now hinged upon recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team.

We are therefore very interested to liaise with Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate full lifecycle commercial capabilities, have a high attention to detail, are highly communicative and client facing and ideally Surveyors who ideally can demonstrate a project track history in high end residential construction.
