An award-winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Bath. This is an exciting opportunity for a RICS-qualified Quantity Surveyor to be part of a well-established business with a strong reputation across the UK.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team working across a wide range of engaging projects within both the private and public sectors. The Quantity Surveyor role offers the flexibility to work from home or from the Bath office, depending on preference.

Role & Responsibilities:

Delivery of both pre and post contract quantity surveying servicesWorking across a wide range of sectors including education, commercial, healthcare and industrialSupporting senior staff with cost management, procurement, and contract administrationPreparing cost plans, tender documents and final accountsLiaising directly with clients and design teamsRequired Experience & Qualifications:

RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degreeFull MRICS or working towards chartershipDemonstrable experience delivering pre and post contract servicesPrevious consultancy experience is essentialProven track record working across both private and public sector projectsStrong communication skills and client-facing experienceFull UK driving licenceSalary & Benefits:
