Quantity Surveyor – MEP

Norway 65,000 – 100,000 + Overseas Benefits

This position is suited to someone who has built their career within the Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services or MEP contracting sector and is looking to work on a large–scale international project with excellent earning potential and a structured rotation.

What You'll Be Joining

You'll become part of an experienced commercial team responsible for delivering a high–value MEP project, supporting the commercial performance of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account.

The role will involve working closely with project management, operational teams and the wider commercial department to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Commercial management of mechanical and electrical work packages.Preparing and agreeing subcontract accounts.Managing applications, valuations and payment notices.Pricing and negotiating variations.Monitoring project expenditure and identifying commercial risks.Supporting procurement activities and subcontractor selection.Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within an MEP or Building Services contractor.Good knowledge of commercial processes across major construction projects.Experience managing subcontractors and package procurement.Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills.Whether you're currently a Quantity Surveyor looking for a move overseas or an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a new challenge, we'd be interested in speaking with you.
