Quantity Surveyor
Location: Commutable to Daresbury (flexible working available)
Salary: 50,000- 60,000 (Senior level up to 70,000)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible)
Start Date: Within candidate's notice period
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team, working across engineering-led projects. The role involves cost management, commercial oversight, and supporting project delivery, with occasional site visits.

Managing variations and cost reportingSupporting permit applicationsMonth-end forecasting and financial trackingCommercial support across engineering projects
Requirements
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (3+ years)Degree or qualification in Quantity SurveyingExperience in contractor-side environmentsExposure to engineering projectsIndustry experience in Utilities, Nuclear, or FMCG preferredRICS accreditation desirable (not essential)
