Project Quantity Surveyor

Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a tier one prominent Contractor on a major infrastructure project involving roads, drainage, and utilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Tier One contractor delivering complex civil engineering works to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer subcontractor packages, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts. Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting. Support procurement activities and negotiate subcontract agreements. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects. Background working with Tier One contractors. Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, and utilities construction. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
