3 Month Contract
Glasgow (Hybrid)

Programme Manager needed with Telecoms industry experience for a 3 Month Rolling Contract in Glasgow (Hybrid). Start ASAP in Feb/March 2026.
Hybrid Working - initially 4 days/week working from the office based in Glasgow and 1 day/week working remotely from home (WFH).
A chance to work with a leading IT transformation business working a large-scale delivery programmes for a Telecoms end-client.
Paying up to £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35). Key skills, experience + duties to include:
Programme Manager to lead a key customer delivery programme for a Telecoms business in Glasgow.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, customer-facing enterprise programmes for Telecoms businesses.
Driving programme delivery, managing key senior stakeholders, commercial performance + ensuring customer goals are delivered.
Inheriting an active programme of work and integrating new SOWs and projects into the delivery landscape.
The programme is expanding, with new project workstreams being added, therefore strong leadership is needed to ensure performance and customer confidence.
Financial reporting, cost control, resource utilisation + commercial oversight. Ensuring programme delivery operates within commercial guardrails.
Overseeing the delivery of multiple work packages from design through to execution. xjnqpsq
Establishing strong programme governance including owning risk, issue + dependency management end-to-end (RAID).
Acting as the senior delivery interface with the customer + building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
