Description
Due to our continued growth Electrogear is looking for a Production Wiring Operator to join our team building electrical and electronic assemblies.
This hands-on role includes wire harness assembly, cable looms, soldering, connector termination, and system builds using engineering drawings and schematics.
Key Responsibilities
Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies Assemble prototype electrical systems and control panels Read schematics and wiring diagrams Perform soldering and connector termination Carry out continuity and basic electrical testing Work with engineers to resolve wiring issues Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Required:
2+ years experience in electrical or electronic assembly Experience with crimp tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, and multimeters Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Strong attention to detail Preferred:
IPC certifications such as IPC WHMA-A-620 or IPC J-STD-001
