Production Programmer

What You Will Do:

- Create CAD/CAM programmes by converting 2D and 3D CAD drawings from STP files to DXF files, ensuring they are ready for manufacturing.

- Remotely programme press brake and laser cutting machines, aligning production tasks with project schedules.

- Upload accurate and relevant data into the MRP system to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

- Actively contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement, enhancing safety, sustainability, and manufacturing performance.

- Support the design for manufacture process, ensuring parts meet manufacturing standards and performance requirements.

- Identify tools, equipment, and fixtures to improve safety, quality, and productivity, initiating procurement where necessary.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, preferably Inventor.

- Hands-on experience with press brake operations.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.

- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
