Production Manager / Operations Manager (Bespoke Manufacturing)

45,000 – 55,000 + Further Career Progression + Full bespoke Industry Training

Office based with some Hybrid, Commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas

The Role:

Overseeing the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams, whilst improving operational efficiency

Working closely with the Managing Director to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions

Full industry training and scope for career progression

The Person:

Previous Engineering or Manufacturing leadership experience
