A well–established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Principal or Associate level Structural Engineer to join its expanding team in Bristol. This opportunity offers involvement in a variety of projects across commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors, working within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leading a busy and efficient structural engineering team. Oversee the structural design and analysis for diverse project portfolio, supporting and directing the team and liaising with clients. Providing high–level technical oversight for reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications. Use relevant design and modelling software effectively as required. Attend client meetings, site inspections, and internal project reviews. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated project delivery, managing budgets and timelines. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers. Candidate Requirements

Degree in Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng). Chartered with ICE or IStructE Minimum of 7 years of experience, chartership desirable Proficient in structural analysis software Exceptional technical expertise Management experience Confident in a client facing position Benefits
